Hanoi Department of Construction announced the plan to receive applications for registration to buy social housing (rented apartments for sale) phase 4 at the low-income housing project on land plot B15-CT3, belonging to the 1/500 detailed plan of Bac Co Nhue - Chem area, Dong Ngac ward (Ecohome 2 Social Housing Area).
The investor is Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. In this phase, the project opens for sale 1 apartment (rented apartment for sale) with an area of 63.3m2.
Application submission time is from February 5, 2026 to the end of March 26, 2026 (excluding Sundays and holidays as prescribed). Application submission time is in the morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
The selling price of social housing (excluding VAT and maintenance costs) is 13,423,605 VND/m2; VAT 5%, maintenance cost 2%. The rental price (excluding VAT) is 57,190 VND/m2.
Along with that, the Hanoi Department of Construction also announced a plan to receive applications to buy social housing (leased apartments for sale) phase 4 at the Ecohome 3 Housing Area project, on land plot coded B11-HH2, Bac Co Nhue - Chem area, Dong Ngac ward.
In this phase, the project opens for sale 12 apartments, with areas from 39.9m2 to 68.9m2.
Application submission time is from February 5, 2026 to the end of March 26, 2026 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Application submission time is in the morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
The average selling price (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs) is 16,306,378 VND/m2; VAT 5%, maintenance cost 310,598 VND/m2. The rental price (including VAT) is 73,155 VND/m2/month.
Hanoi Department of Construction noted that it is strictly forbidden for organizations and individuals to take advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and deposits against regulations. Fraudulent acts in declaring and confirming dossiers for buying and renting social housing, even when detected during post-inspection, will be handled according to current regulations.
