After receiving the house and land facility, which is the headquarters of the State Treasury in Vinh Loi area, Vinh Loi commune, Ca Mau province, it called for investment cooperation to build a wedding center.

Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee also decided to transfer 3 facilities of houses and land that are public assets to the People's Procuracies in the area to manage and use for building new headquarters, including: Continuing Education Center, old Thoi Binh District Food Warehouse in Hamlet 2, Thoi Binh commune, managed by Thoi Binh Commune People's Committee, transferred to People's Procuracy Region 2; Gia Rai General Hospital, under the old Gia Rai Regional Medical Center in Hamlet 1, Gia Rai Ward, transferred to People's Procuracy Region 8; Livestock Slaughterhouse facility in Phuoc Hoa Tien hamlet, Phuoc Long commune, transferred to People's Procuracy Region 9.

In Bac Lieu ward, the locality is managing 8 redundant houses, land, and agency headquarters, including the old Bac Lieu Provincial Red Cross Society headquarters, the old Bac Lieu Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Project Management Board, the old Ward 2 People's Committee, the old Ward 8 People's Committee and the old Bac Lieu City Department of Home Affairs.

Chairman of Bac Lieu Ward People's Committee Le Viet Xo said that the locality is urgently developing an exploitation and management plan for each assigned facility. Facilities on the list of functional conversion will be carried out according to their authority, completing legal procedures no later than December 15, 2026.

After merging the old Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces, the whole province had more than 300 redundant houses, land, and workplaces.

In August 2026, Ca Mau transferred 54 facilities of houses and land to agencies, units, and localities for management and exploitation. In which, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center manages and exploits 25 facilities; People's Committees of communes and wards manage 29 facilities. 9 facilities are managed and exploited for handling and 20 facilities are converted for use.

Director of Ca Mau Provincial Land Fund Development Center Tang Vu Em said that the center is urgently developing a management and exploitation plan for each surplus house and land facility, and sending it to the Department of Finance for review and completion.

For facilities that cannot be handled, it is necessary to arrange management and temporary exploitation protection appropriately, not to let assets degrade or be encroached upon or used illegally.
