The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has just issued Decision No. 1368 assigning the investor to implement the Social Housing Project in Ward - La under the planning of Tan Phat Residential Area, Ward - La, Tuyen Quang city (now Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang province).
The investor is Tan Ha Industrial Joint Stock Company, located in Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang province. The project investment capital is about 579,933,075,000 VND. The implementation progress is from 2025 - 2028.
In the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, procedures for investment preparation, site clearance, design, and construction licensing will be carried out. Construction of the project will last until the end of the third quarter of 2028. Complete the acceptance of the project and put it into use in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The project has a population of about 1,775 people. Land use area is 20,936 m2. Of which, the land for social housing is 14,817.0 m2, including 2 blocks of apartment buildings with 14 floors above ground + attic and 1 basement, about 456 apartments. The total above-ground floor area is expected to be about 47,600m2.
The investor is responsible for organizing the implementation and taking measures to control the quality of social housing projects during the process of surveying, organizing, appraising, approving projects, construction design, construction and related works during the project implementation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Comply with the provisions of the law on housing, real estate business and other relevant regulations, rights and obligations of investors in social housing projects according to regulations. The sale, lease-purchase and lease-purchase of social housing must comply with principles, the right subjects, and the correct order according to the provisions of current law.
As of 2025, Tuyen Quang province is implementing the Social Housing Project in the Tuyen Quang Urban Housing Development Area in Minh Xuan ward (in the old Tan Ha ward) being implemented by Tuyen Quang Automobile Trading Company Limited with 146 apartments. The apartment is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026.
