Chuyen My commune is implementing a 45-day peak period to complete the national land database.
In parallel with that, the commune is implementing a 30-day campaign to review and erase T-shaped data "free of charge" for the people.
The campaign aims to re-determine the area of residential land according to the land allocation dossier and the land use right certificate (also known as the red book) issued, ensuring accuracy and transparency in land management in the commune.
The deletion of the letter T will help people fully exercise their legitimate rights such as: Inheritance, donation, transfer, mortgage of land use rights and other civil transactions related to land.
Task forces have updated data and supported people at village cultural houses.
According to the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune, the 30-day campaign to review and remove free T-shaped data for people applies to the following cases:
- Being named in land allocation decisions or recognition of land use rights issued by competent authorities (mainly the old Phu Xuyen District People's Committee in the period 2000-2006).
- The name of the land user, the allocated area and the area recorded on the land use right certificate must match the list of households and individuals named in the land allocation/land use right recognition decision of the competent authority (attached with the detailed list of land allocation/land use right recognition decisions).
- The land use right certificate is currently recording the land use purpose as the letter T.
The People's Committee of Chuyen My commune noted that the 30-day campaign to review and remove free T-shaped data for people only applies to those who meet the conditions according to the attached list.
For cases not named in the list in the decisions, they will be reviewed and continue to be considered and resolved in accordance with regulations.
Yen Hoa Ward
With the motto "going through each alley, knocking on each house, reviewing each plot", the entire political system of Yen Hoa ward is devoting all efforts to remove bottlenecks, standardize information of thousands of land plots, and put the results of cadastral measurement into practical operation to minimize cumbersome procedures for people.
The ward has 4,004 land plots belonging to Group 1 that have basically ensured the criteria "Correct - Sufficient - Clean - Living" and are being maintained and updated regularly.
Group 2 with 1,639 land plots (already in the database but need to enrich, clean, and match information between spatial data, attributes and non-attributes).
Group 3 with 7, 219 land plots and 820 public land plots (only creating spatial maps but not updated attribute data, not scanning legal documents or not measuring and drawing on the ground).
Yen Hoa Ward is making efforts to closely follow the core time milestones: Completing urgent tasks before July 30, 2026 and determined to close the peak campaign before August 30, 2026.
Hat Mon Commune
As of July 20, 2026, the whole commune has collected 14,546 new plots/18,613 plots, reaching 77.7%; especially for non-agricultural land, reaching 56.4%, equivalent to 7,257 plots.
According to the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune, if the current progress is continued, it is expected that the locality will complete the campaign before August 15, 2026. Initial results recorded the active participation of localities, in which many villages have achieved outstanding results in collecting and standardizing land dossiers.
Viet Hung Ward
According to the plan of Viet Hung Ward People's Committee, the peak period will be implemented from July 15 to August 30, 2026, including two phases.
Phase 1 (from July 15 to July 30) focuses on collecting, updating, and supplementing data for each land plot, each land user right in residential areas.
Phase 2 (from July 31 to August 30) coordinates with the Long Bien Branch of the Land Registration Office to review, cross-check, verify, standardize and complete data on the system, ensuring that all information is checked and fully updated before being put into the official database.
The plan of the Ward People's Committee also clearly defines that the implementation must be carried out according to the principle of "clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities and clear authority", ensuring the participation of the entire political system, drastically, scientifically, effectively and absolutely securely implementing information in the process of building, operating and connecting the database.
