Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction has just announced and publicly announced the project allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own houses for the Khoai Chau Urban Complex, Ecotourism, Golf Course Project, Hung Yen province (trade name: Trump International Hung Yen).
According to the announcement, the project is being built in Chau Ninh, Khoai Chau, Chi Minh communes, Hung Yen province (belonging to Tu Dan, Tan Chau, Dong Ket, Dong Ninh, Dai Tap, Lien Khe, Chi Minh communes, former Khoai Chau district), with an area scale of about 888.53 ha.
Regarding the number of houses owned by foreign organizations and individuals, the Department of Construction said that the maximum number of individual houses allowed to be owned is 250 units, located in Sub-zone 2, Sub-zone 3 and part of Sub-zone 1, excluding 12 villas according to document No. 169/ANKT-GTXD dated January 7, 2026 of the Ministry of Public Security.
For apartments, foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own no more than 30% of the total number of apartments for residential purposes of each building, in locations belonging to Sub-zone 3.
The Department of Construction noted that investors are only allowed to sell houses to foreign organizations and individuals when they have been notified by competent state agencies that they meet the conditions and do not exceed the maximum number mentioned above.
All transactions of buying, selling, leasing, buying, or gifting houses by foreign organizations and individuals exceeding the permitted quantity or in projects not eligible for ownership are legally invalid and are not granted Certificates; the seller or lease-purchaser must compensate the buyer or lease-purchaser for damages.
