According to the decision just issued by the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the above project is assigned by Hai Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor, implemented on an area of about 1.79ha, including 2 high-rise apartment building blocks (social housing and commercial housing); synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure system.
In which, the social housing area is built on an area of about 14,229m2, including 1 20-story above-ground building and 1 basement, expected to have 802 apartments, with an area of 45 - 77m2, meeting accommodation for about 1,284 people.
