The Ninh Binh Provincial Guesthouse Construction Project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) was approved by the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 992/QD-UBND dated November 8, 2024.
The project is invested and built on a total area of nearly 12,000m2, with a scale including an 8-story guesthouse building with a construction area of 1,315m2; 1 2-story conference building with 800m2 each floor; 2 2-story rotating staff housing blocks (blocks A and B) with a construction area of 820m2 each floor; dining hall + reception area, tea room and synchronous technical infrastructure items.
The project started construction in June 2025 with a total investment of 170 billion VND, from the budget of Ninh Binh province.
With the goal of investing in the new construction of the Provincial Guesthouse to meet the scale of a 3-star Hotel (according to National Standard TCVN 4391:2015 Hotel - Ranking), meeting the requirements of public housing for officials under central management transferred to the province and officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee transferred from districts and cities to the province.
At the same time, serving the reception of central, domestic and international delegations, serving conferences, seminars and political events of Ninh Binh province. The project is invested by the Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (now Project Management Board No. 1 of Ninh Binh province).
Mr. Le Viet Hung - Deputy Head of Project Management Board No. 1 of Ninh Binh province - said that as of July 15, the construction volume has been completed by about 60%, and the total disbursed capital for the project is over 80 billion VND, reaching about 50%.
For the 2-story conference hall item, it has been basically completed and equipment is being installed. The 2-story building item for rotating officials has completed the installation of equipment.
Specifically for the 8-story building item, the rough construction has been basically completed and wall plastering and flooring are being carried out.
The remaining items such as: dining hall, reception room, tea room have also been basically completed. Technical infrastructure items such as: fire prevention and fighting water tank, wastewater treatment tank, security house, transformer station... have been completed.
If the weather is favorable, the project completion time will be shortened by about 3 months and is expected to be put into use in September 2026" - Mr. Hung said.
