Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the project of Building infrastructure for Tay Lac concentrated residential area, Dong Son commune, former Nam Truc district (now Nam Dong commune, Ninh Binh province).
According to the decision, the project has a scale of about 8.6ha, including synchronous technical infrastructure items such as transportation system, water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, lighting and landscape trees. The total investment of the project is 120 billion VND. The project implementation period is from 2026 to 2028.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned Nam Dong Commune People's Committee to be fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, supervisory, inspection, examination, audit and legal agencies for the project implementation process; capacity and experience of survey contractors.
In addition, prepare a feasibility study report, ensuring the full implementation of its rights and obligations in the signed contract, design quality and author supervision in construction works in accordance with the provisions of construction law and other relevant legal regulations.
The Department of Construction is responsible for the appraisal work, ensuring the completeness, accuracy and compliance with the regulations of the construction design dossier.
