The investor of this project is the joint venture of Ha Long Sun Co., Ltd. and ASEAN Tourism Joint Stock Company Ha Long.
Currently, the Council for compensation, support and resettlement of the project is coordinating with the People's Committee of Phuoc Hai Ward, Phuoc Long Ward, Vinh Thai Commune, Phuoc Dong Commune to implement compensation and site clearance when implementing the project; guide the declaration and stipulate the time of collecting declarations for each household and individual.
