Meanwhile, Nha Trang City People's Committee does not have the authority and does not request the Nha Trang Branch Land Registration Office to stop/temporarily suspend/not resolve administrative procedures related to registration of measures to ensure protection by land use rights, other assets attached to land, and registration of land changes.
Therefore, Vice Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee Le Dai Duong requested the Nha Trang Branch Land Registration Office to resolve the dossier under its authority in accordance with legal regulations and did not request the City People's Committee to give its opinion on the contents under the authority of Nha Trang Branch Land Registration Office.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Nha Trang Branch Land Registration Office not use the reason of "reporting and seeking opinions from the Nha Trang City People's Committee" to temporarily suspend the settlement of the above documents of the land user.
