Many urban projects in Gia Lai form a modern development space

Gia Lai organizes bidding and calls on capable investors to participate in a series of new urban area and service projects.

On January 10, according to statistics from the Department of Construction of Gia Lai province, the province is promoting investment attraction and developing large-scale urban areas in a modern and synchronous infrastructure direction.

At the end of 2025, many urban and residential projects have been approved and are being implemented, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development and the local real estate market.

Notable is the CK54 urban area with a scale of nearly 202 hectares, total investment capital of more than 10,000 billion VND, located near Pleiku airport. The project is oriented to develop into an ecological and modern urban area, integrating golf courses and commercial housing.

In addition, the urban area project in Cat Tien commune has an area of 68 hectares, with a total capital of about 3,400 billion VND, a population of nearly 5,000 people, and is currently in the process of bidding to select investors.

In addition, Cat Khanh urban area in De Gi commune has an area of 41.6 ha, with a total investment capital of nearly 2,000 billion VND that has been approved for investors; Southern De Gi Residential Area with a scale of 28 ha, with a capital of more than 1,000 billion VND, focusing on housing, trade - services and education development.

In the western Gia Lai area, projects such as FLC Hilltop and TNR Stars Dak Doa have formed price levels, attracting the attention of people and investors.

According to the province's orientation, new urban projects will develop according to an integrated model, with commercial streets, quality living spaces, associated with synchronous technical infrastructure, transportation and social infrastructure such as schools, markets, and parking lots.

Gia Lai is also actively organizing bidding, calling on capable investors to participate in a series of new housing and service projects.

Also in the afternoon of January 10, at the Conference on assigning socio-economic development targets for 2026, the Provincial People's Committee assigned an additional 11 targets to departments, agencies, and sectors.

In which, the total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue are strived to reach 218,700 billion VND; the total number of tourists reached 15 million; pure tourism revenue reached 35,000 billion VND; attracting 170 new investment projects.

The province also strives to achieve the target of establishing 7,000 new businesses with a total registered capital of 50,000 billion VND; reducing 10% of new complaints arising in the land sector; the disbursement rate of public investment capital reaches 100% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
