223 billion VND shopping center
Along with the construction works of the Conference Center headquarters; the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committees of Yen Bai province that are about to be completed, the Go! Yen Bai Commercial Center Project has just started construction, promising to create a new face for Yen Bai city.
The project is located in Yen Ninh ward, Yen Bai city, invested by Viet - Nhat Real Estate Joint Stock Company (a member of Central Retail Vietnam Group).
The center has an area of about 12,717 m2, with a construction investment scale of 223 billion VND. The project is expected to complete all items, hand over and put into operation and use in the third quarter of 2025.
Once completed, the project is expected to promote retail, trade, services and tourism for Yen Bai city.
According to Lao Dong's records on November 25, at the project site, dozens of machines and workers are working hurriedly to complete the project on schedule.
Mr. Nguyen Van Son (42 years old, Yen Ninh, Yen Bai city) said that the built commercial center will create a highlight for Yen Bai urban area.
"At the same time, it creates jobs for local people and attracts tourists," said Mr. Son.
According to the People's Committee of Yen Bai province, the groundbreaking of the Go! Commercial Center project is an important event as the province has just been severely affected by storm No. 3.
This is an important step in restoring the economy after the storm, creating more job opportunities and improving people's lives.
At the same time, changing the urban appearance, contributing to promoting the development of trade and services, creating a strong driving force for the local economy.
Trillion-dollar riverside urban area
Yen Bai Riverside Urban Area has a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, invested by Binh Minh Tay Bac Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project was granted a construction permit by Yen Bai City People's Committee in March 2024 with a scale of 705 villas, townhouses and shophouses, built on a total area of 23.85 hectares, located on Bach Lam Street, Gioi Phien Commune, Yen Bai City.
According to Lao Dong on November 25, the atmosphere at the project construction site is very bustling, the construction units are actively speeding up the progress, completing the project soon.
According to the investor representative, this will be a pioneering model riverside urban area in Yen Bai city with a modern living space in harmony with nature.
At the same time, the project also contributes to changing the urban face of the city, pioneering the creation of new standards for modern lifestyle.
