Since yesterday, a clip has been spreading rapidly on the internet related to Dam Vinh Hung.

The male singer also stood on the fountain to perform the mash-up Say tinh, Khong phai em.
Then, he fell and people around ran to help the male singer sit up.
Many viewers speculate that this could be a clip of Dam Vinh Hung dancing at a party at billionaire Gerard's house (singer Bich Tuyen's husband).
On the morning of November 26, reporters contacted singer Bich Tuyen to find out the situation. The female singer confirmed that it was a clip of Dam Vinh Hung performing at a party at her house.
After the incident, singer Bich Tuyen and her husband quickly took Dam Vinh Hung to the emergency room. Everyone at the party was very worried about the singer's health.
Singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband often visit and take care of singer Dam Vinh Hung. The accident was an unexpected incident for the family, and she and her husband were not at fault in this incident. They did their best to wholeheartedly support the singer during his treatment many months ago.
Singer Dam Vinh Hung sued Gerard Richard Williams, 51, for approximately $15 million in damages. He cited physical, mental, and financial losses following the accident at Gerard Richard Williams’s mansion in Newport Coast, California in February 2024.
According to the lawsuit, plaintiff Hung Huynh, better known by his stage name singer Dam Vinh Hung, sued Mr. Gerard Richard Williams for failing to ensure the safety of guests at a party held at his mansion in Newport Coast.
The incident left the male singer seriously injured and had to have several toes amputated. Dam Vinh Hung said the accident forced him to change his schedule, canceling many performances in March and April 2024, to focus on treatment, leading to significant financial losses. His spirit was also affected.
In the petition, the male singer stated that on February 19, while attending a party at Mr. Gerard's mansion, he was hit in the foot by debris from a concrete fountain. The fountain was used as a stage and an outdoor beverage stand but broke during the event. Dam Vinh Hung claimed that the defendant did not inspect and maintain the construction items according to regulations, leading to a serious incident. He requested Mr. Gerard to compensate him for the corresponding amount of money for medical expenses, financial losses due to canceled performances, and compensation for mental damage.
The California Supreme Court confirmed it had accepted the case on November 4 and forwarded it to the judicial branch for processing. The first hearing is scheduled for June 2025.
