The land plot at 2-4-6 Hai Ba Trung (Saigon ward) is located in a "golden" location in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, adjacent to four routes: Hai Ba Trung - Dong Du - Thi Sach - Me Linh Construction Site. After more than 10 years of "inactive soldiers", this land is being cleared to put into business exploitation. According to the records, the rental unit is a restaurant system specializing in culinary business.

This land plot of more than 6,000 m2 was once assigned to Sabeco to implement a commercial complex project, offices and apartments named Saigon Me Linh Tower, but after many transfers, the project was stalled. Up to now, the land has been leased for business exploitation, considered a signal of "revivation" after more than a decade of abandonment in the city center.
Located right at the busiest intersection in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, the Saigon Centre phase 3 project (Saigon Ward) has just been granted a revised Investment Certificate after more than three decades of "real estate". According to Keppel Group (Singapore), the project investor is expected to start construction at the end of 2026 and complete after about 5 years. Phase 3 will develop on an area of 8,623 m2, including an office area, a high-end retail and accommodation center, towards a green construction model, sustainable development, creating a space for interacting between trade and the community.
Amidst the four central routes of Pasteur - Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Vo Van Tan, the Phan Dinh Phung Stadium project has also been restarted after many years of interruption. The project has a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND, a scale of 14,400 m2, a capacity of 4,0005,000 spectators, meeting the standards for organizing 13 national and international sports.
According to the plan, the project will start construction in the third quarter of 2027 and be completed after nearly 2 years, becoming a large-scale multi-purpose sports center in the heart of the city.

Recently, Ho Chi Minh City agreed to adjust the planning of two "golden land" areas, especially Khanh Hoi Dragon House and Ly Thai To No. 1, in the direction of serving the interests of the community, instead of developing commercial housing. According to the new orientation, more than 31 hectares of land along the Saigon River at Nha Rong - Khanh Hoi will be planned to become a park, a Ho Chi Minh cultural space, combined with the expansion of Nguyen Tat Thanh Street and the development of public services along the river.

Meanwhile, the 3.7-hectare land at 1 Ly Thai To, once a Government Guest House, will be renovated into a multi-functional park, a place to commemorate the people of Ho Chi Minh City who died due to the COVID-19 pandemic and become a cultural space - community activities in the city center.
