Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the project "Building infrastructure for resettlement areas" in Lai Thanh commune to serve site clearance (GPMB) for the project "Building an inter-regional connecting road between the South of the Red River Delta and the Northwest mountainous region and the North Central Coast region (phase I).
The project is implemented with the goal of building synchronous infrastructure to meet the resettlement requirements of households in Lai Thanh commune affected by the site clearance of the project to build an inter-regional connecting road between the South of the Red River Delta and the Northwest mountainous region and the North Central Coast region (phase I).
According to the approved scale, the Resettlement Area Infrastructure Construction project in Lai Thanh commune is invested in building 6 new traffic routes, with a total length of about 877m. The total investment of the project is more than 78 billion VND. This is a project belonging to group C, class III technical infrastructure works.
Along with the transportation system, the project will synchronously invest in technical infrastructure items including: sidewalks, rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage, water supply, electricity supply, lighting, green trees and traffic safety assurance works according to current regulations and standards.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned Lai Thanh Commune People's Committee to be the investor, responsible for completing the dossier and organizing the implementation of the project in accordance with the law on construction investment management. At the same time, requesting the investor to direct the consulting unit to study and carefully calculate the design plan, select materials, determine appropriate unit prices, ensure safety, efficiency, and thrift, and not exceed the approved total investment.
The project uses about 5.3ha of land, requiring the completion of site clearance work throughout the scope to ensure implementation progress, contributing to accelerating the implementation of the inter-regional connecting road project according to the set plan.
