According to the report of the People's Committee of Dong Van Ward, Ninh Binh Province; build a resettlement area (TDC) in Dong Van Ward (location No. 2) to serve site clearance (GPMB) for the North-South high-speed railway project with a scale of 1.17 hectares; located in the Giap Nhi residential group (TDP), Dong Van Ward.
It is known that the total length of the high-speed railway running through Dong Van ward is about 4,812m, with an expected corridor width of about 52m. The total area of land acquisition is about 25.4 hectares.
Of which, the residential land area within the affected area is about 0.63ha of 28 households (of which Nguoi TDP is 27 households, Van Phai TDP is 1 household). It is expected that about 66 plots of land in the resettlement area will be converted.
The high-speed railway passes through 3 factories in Dong Van II Industrial Park with an area of about 5.43 hectares.
The agricultural land area of 200 households in Giap NhiDP, Van PhaiDP, BuiDP, and Vu XaDP was affected by about 17.5 hectares.
The road area is about 1.21ha. The area of the Vu Xa TDP people's cemetery affected within the high-speed railway is about 0.63ha.


Mr. Tran Thai Binh - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of Dong Van Ward - said that to ensure progress, the ward has implemented and built a specific roadmap, expected to start construction of the resettlement area in Dong Van Ward (location No. 2) on August 19.
At this time, Dong Van Ward People's Committee has leveled and rolled the ground at the site of the project's groundbreaking ceremony. According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the event organizer is installing a wooden floor and frame to organize the groundbreaking ceremony.
In addition, the People's Committee of Dong Van Ward is deploying human resources to clear trees on both sides of the western service road of the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway. At the same time, a document was sent to Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) to clear trees along the western service road of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway to serve the groundbreaking ceremony.
