Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi - Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Head of the Award Steering Committee - said that the success of the 1st Vietnam National Real Estate Award shows the concern, direction and orientation of the leaders of the Government, ministries, branches and localities for the real estate sector and the strong response of the business community, entrepreneurs and the social community.
Hundreds of registrations and dozens of outstanding projects have been honored, leaving positive impressions, creating trust, spreading new development standards, contributing to promoting a more transparent, humane and sustainable market.
This is the foundation for the Vietnam Real Estate Association to continue organizing the 2nd Vietnam Real Estate National Award on a larger scale and with higher quality.
"I call on the real estate business community nationwide to consider the Vietnam National Real Estate Award not only as a way to honor the values achieved, but also as a source of inspiration to innovate, develop and affirm the Vietnamese brand in the international arena" - Mr. Khoi said and added that each enterprise, each project honored will spread the belief, aspiration and sustainable development standards to the entire industry.
At the same time, the Vietnam Real Estate Association is committed to continuing to accompany businesses and the market in research and policy criticism activities, connecting resources, training human resources and supporting communication to contribute to creating a transparent, stable and sustainable real estate market.
According to the Organizing Committee, successfully inheriting the 1st Vietnam National Real Estate Award, VNREA continues to organize the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Award, to encourage, motivate and orient Vietnamese real estate enterprises to improve international competitiveness.

Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Cuong - Member of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee, Member of the Jury of the 2nd Vietnam Real Estate National Award Final - commented that the Vietnam Real Estate National Award is a strong affirmation of the stature and strategic position of real estate enterprises in the national economy.
According to Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Cuong, this is also a strong source of motivation, encouraging investors to continue to innovate, create high-quality, breakthrough real estate products, both meeting social needs and contributing to shaping the development of the country.
