The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to approve land prices to calculate financial obligations for the land area implementing the Binh An Dong Tay residential area project in Binh An ward, Di An city.
The time of land valuation is April 8, 2025. Before changing the land use purpose, this land has 300 m2 of urban residential land and 29,997 m2 of perennial land.
After changing the land use purpose, the land has a total of 30,297 m2 of urban residential land (mixed residential land).
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved the average land price for urban residential land (mixed residential land) of 19.67 million VND per m2.
Binh Duong province requests the investor, Bcons Real Estate Joint Stock Company, to be responsible for the data and information provided to conduct land valuation. In case later, when the competent State agency concludes that the project must determine additional financial obligations, the company must comply with the implementation.
For the land valuation organization, Southwest Information and Valuation Joint Stock Company - SIAC, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province proposes that the company be responsible for the legal basis of the land valuation certificate, report the land valuation results, and the suitability of the data information.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance, the State Treasury, the XVI Tax Department and related enterprises to implement this decision.
