Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision approving the unit price to calculate financial obligations for the land of Bcons PS Real Estate Joint Stock Company that changed the land use purpose to implement the Binh Thang apartment project.
The apartment is located in Binh Thang ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province. After changing the land use purpose, the project has an area of 3,254 m2 of urban land. Forms of use of land allocated by the State with land use fees collected.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved the average unit price of urban residential land for the above project as 34.87 million VND per m2.
