Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved land prices to calculate financial obligations for the land of Tran Anh Binh Duong Trading Joint Stock Company that was converted to land use to implement the Tran Anh Ben Cat residential area project.
The project is located in Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat city. The land after changing the purpose of use has an area of nearly 7,000 m2 of urban residential land. Of which, there are 5,917 m2 of mixed-use residential land with high-rise buildings and 1,087 m2 of adjacent residential land.
The land is valued at the end of 2024, the unit implementing the land valuation is Hong Duc Consulting Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province approved the average unit price for mixed-use residential land of VND 8,389 million per square meter and the average unit price for adjacent houses of VND 8,832 million per square meter.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests investors to be responsible for the data and information provided to conduct land valuation. In case later, when the competent State agency concludes that the project must determine additional financial obligations, it must comply with the implementation of additional financial obligations as required.
For organizations implementing land valuation, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province requires responsibility for the legal basis of land valuation certificates, reporting on land valuation results, information and data requirements. At the same time, be responsible before the law for the accuracy, honesty, and objectivity of land valuation results.
