On March 27, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to approve the detailed urban planning task at a scale of 1/500 of Hiep Hoa Urban Area in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City.
Hiep Hoa urban area has an area of nearly 293 hectares, with a population of 31,600 people.
Regarding the goal of developing a detailed plan for Hiep Hoa Urban Area to concretize the 1/5,000 scale construction zoning plan for subdivision A4 in Hiep Hoa ward. Investing in building an urban area that harmoniously combines traditional and modern values, contributing to building a new image of "Pho Cu", a symbol of Bien Hoa urban area.
Hiep Hoa urban area is an urban area, a new, spacious, modern low-density service complex, in harmony with nature, while aiming at sustainable tourism development, combining diverse types of housing, trade services, public services... The urban area is harmoniously arranged with types to ensure activities take place day and night, forming a bustling commercial street, meeting housing needs, combining trade, services, accommodation... at the same time, developing the regional economy through commercial, service, tourism activities.
Previously, in March 2023, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision on approving the investment policy and approving the list of investment projects using land for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project to conduct bidding for the project according to regulations.
In 2024, the Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision approving the investor for this project.
The Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project has a total investment of more than 72,000 billion VND.
This is the gateway area of Bien Hoa urban area and has many valuable cultural and historical relics that are currently being preserved in conjunction with the journey to open the Southern region of our nation. The Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project is expected to become a highlight of Bien Hoa City, the central urban area of the province.
