On September 19, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Phu Loi Ward organized a working group to conduct a field survey of the agency's headquarters and public land in the ward.
At the survey points, the working group conducted inspections and assessments of the current status of land use and facilities at the former headquarters of the former Binh Duong province and some public land in the area.
Through the survey, the delegation recorded the advantages, difficulties and proposed planning orientations, effectively using public land funds. Thereby, to serve the development of local social welfare infrastructure such as: building and expanding the system of schools, medical facilities, green parks, neighborhood offices.
According to the record, Phu Loi ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area of Phu Loi ward, Phu Hoa ward and neighborhoods 5, 6, 7, 8 in Hiep Thanh ward. Notably, in Phu Loi ward, there were many headquarters of agencies in Binh Duong province before.
In 2014, Binh Duong province relocated the agencies to operate the Administrative Center concentrated in the current Binh Duong ward for operation. The old headquarters here are redundant and empty.
