The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued Decision 1026/QD-BNNMT in 2026 on announcing new internal administrative procedures; amended and supplemented; abolished in the field of land under the state management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
Accordingly, based on the provisions of Step 4, section 1. 1 subsection 1, Section A, Chapter I, Part II of the Appendix issued together with Decision 1026/QD-BNNMT in 2026 on the responsibility of the Provincial-level Land Management Agency when building the land price adjustment coefficient in Article 8 of Resolution 254/2025/QH15 from March 27, 2026 as follows:
(1) Developing a draft Submission on the promulgation of land price adjustment coefficients; posting dossiers for comments on the draft land price adjustment coefficients together with the land price list approved by the Provincial People's Council on the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial People's Committee, of the provincial-level land management agency within 10 days from the date of posting the dossier on the Electronic Information Portal;
(2) Collect written opinions on the draft land price adjustment coefficient of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, member organizations of the Front, tax authorities, land price determination consulting organizations and other agencies and organizations (if necessary);
(3) Accept and complete the draft Submission on the promulgation of land price adjustment coefficients; direct the organization of land valuation to receive and explain comments, complete the draft land price adjustment coefficient and the explanatory report on building land price adjustment coefficients;
(4) Submit to the Council for appraisal of land price lists, appraisal of land price adjustment coefficients.
