Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Mr. Tran Quoc Thang - technical officer of Thanh Linh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. - said that currently the floor has been poured to the 10th floor, there are still 2 floors left to be completed, and the construction part has been built to the 6th floor.
The plan to lift the roof of the 12-story building block on May 19th will ensure progress. If there is a delay, it will only be one to two days late" - Mr. Thang affirmed.
Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Ha Tinh Provincial Development Investment Fund - said that taking advantage of favorable weather, contractors are focusing on accelerating the progress of the phase 2 social housing project in Thanh Sen ward. Every day, there are about 250 workers from contractors constructing on the construction site.
Strictly control and prevent negativity when buying and selling social housing
Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Ha Tinh Provincial Development Investment Fund - informed that, up to this point, the unit has received about 1,800 to 2,000 applications to buy social housing.
Recently, the investor sent a document to the Provincial Police, then the Provincial Police requested the local police and agencies, units, and businesses to strictly implement the confirmation of dossiers for subjects registering to buy social housing, absolutely not to let false confirmation or negativity occur in the confirmation of dossiers.
After receiving social housing purchase registration dossiers, we have also made them public and sent them to the Police for them to monitor to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and the right subjects, avoiding negativity and fraudulent dossiers" - Mr. Tuan shared.
Previously, Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee had a document requesting departments, branches, localities and investors to strengthen inspection, supervision, information disclosure, and prevention of negativity in the appraisal and purchase - sale of social housing.
Phase 2 of the Social Housing project in Thanh Sen ward is invested by the Ha Tinh Provincial Development Investment Fund, with a total investment of about 550 billion VND, with a scale of more than 500 apartments arranged in 3 12-story buildings, along with 41 3-story commercial housing.
