Right outside the gate of Thanh Oai District Gymnasium, 5-6 real estate brokerage groups openly offer the plots of land. Talking to reporters, a broker named Nguyen Thi Nga (name changed) said that the land lot marked 62 with a winning price of 64.3 million VND/m2 with an area of 91.79m2 (equivalent to 5.9 billion VND/lot) was advertised for sale at a difference of 200 million VND/lot.

The statues of the lots with symbols 63 and 64 were also sold at a difference of 200 million VND/lot. Notably, the corner lot marked 50 with a winning price of 73.3 million VND/m2 with an area of 110.64m2 (equivalent to more than 8.1 billion VND/lot) was advertised for sale at a difference of 500 million VND/lot.
Talking to Lao Dong, a broker named Huyen said that she had all the plots of land that were auctioned today. As an intermediary between brokerage offices, she will help sell plots of land to people in need. Accordingly, if the people are satisfied with any plot of land in the auction, she is willing to contact the original owner to resell it and only need to pay a "light" difference.
The auction of 81 plots of land in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district today attracted 209 customers with more than 400 applications. The plots of land have an area of 76 - 189 m2, starting price from 11.3 million VND/m2. The auction took place in the form of direct secret ballot in one round by the method of bidding up.
81 plots of land are divided into two groups, customers will participate in bidding for each group of plots of land. The auction winner is determined from the highest and lowest valid bid price until the number of plots of land put up for auction in each group is exhausted. This method has limited the payment of unusually high prices for a plot of land and then abandoned the deposit to push up the price of other plots.
At the end of the auction, the land lot with the highest winning price was the lot with the symbol 190 with the winning price of 76.3 million VND/m2, an area of 81.21m2 (equivalent to 6.19 billion VND/land plot). The lot with the lowest price is 53.3 million VND/m2 (equivalent to more than 7.7 billion VND/plot). According to the people, this winning price is higher than the land price level in the same area.
Previously, on March 15, Thanh Oai district also organized an auction of 89 plots of land in this project. Accordingly, lot 28, marked as Group 2 with the highest winning price was 79.9 million VND/m2; this lot has an area of 102.78m2, equivalent to more than 8.2 billion VND/lot.
The land lot with the lowest price is 51.3 million VND/m2, other land lots have winning prices ranging from 52 - 78 million VND/m2. According to records, immediately after the auction, many people advertised for sale at a difference of 200 million VND to more than 1 billion VND for each auctioned plot of land.
