The starting point of the route intersects with Ring Road 3.5, in Thuong Cat Ward, Bac Tu Liem District; The end point of the route intersects with the road to Nam Thang Long Industrial Park, in Thuy Phuong Ward, Bac Tu Liem District.
Route classification: Regional road (inter-regional road), designed speed of 60km/h; cross-section size of 40m; Section connecting to Ring Road 3.5 with a cross-section width of 40m.
The total construction investment is more than 780 billion VND, of which the City Budget allocates about 547 billion VND, the Bac Tu Liem District budget allocates about 263 billion VND. The project will be implemented in 2 years (2025-2026).
