The plots of land have an area of 82.6 - 90m2; the starting price for the plots of land is 8,932,000 VND/m2.
The form of auction by direct voting multiple rounds at the auction, minimum 2 mandatory rounds and a maximum of 3 rounds. The method of paying the price, the starting price at the first round of auction approved by the District People's Committee. From the bidder No. 2 onwards, the starting price is equal to the highest valid price in the previous round. If in the case in any compulsory round, all customers participate in the starting price, the starting price of the next round is equal to the starting price of the previous round plus 1 step price (10,000,000 VND/1 price step).
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 28 to 5:00 p.m. on May 13. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 16 at the Hall on the 3rd floor of the Fatherland Front Building.
Then, on May 17, an auction of land use rights for 4 plots of land interspersed in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune and 2 plots in Dong Cau Loc area, Ngoc Tao commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi city took place.
The plots of land have an area of 85.9 - 193m2, starting price from 8.9 - 10.6 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 2 mandatory rounds and a maximum of 3 rounds.
The price step for the 2 mandatory rounds is 10,000,000 VND/m2. Auction participants only pay a maximum of 2 bidding steps for each bidding applied in 2 mandatory rounds. For the third round, the price step is 200,000 VND/m2. Auction participants are bid at unlimited price steps for the third round.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 28 to 5:00 p.m. on May 14. The auction will be held from 8:30 a.m. on May 17 at the Hall on the 3rd floor of the Fatherland Front Building in Phuc Tho district.
