On June 23, Mr. Hoang Khac Tiep - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nho Quan district (Ninh Binh province) said that the People's Committee of the district is assigning the Department of Internal Affairs to organize a conference to review, clarify responsibilities, and propose ways to handle violations of collectives and individuals at Thuong Hoa Kindergarten (phase 2017 - 2019).
Previously, from the content of the complaint of parents about the violations of Ms. Nguyen Thi Khue - Principal of Thuong Hoa Kindergarten (now Principal of Dong Phong Kindergarten), the People's Committee of Nho Quan district directed relevant units to investigate.
The inspection results of the People's Committee of Nho Quan district show that in the 2017 - 2018 and 2018 - 2019 school years, to carry out the tasks of spending on cleaning work in the school, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khue directed her subordinates to create fake contracts, forge the signatures of cleaning staff to withdraw tens of millions of VND from the State budget to the school's cash fund for illegal spending.
From the above conclusions, Chairman of Nho Quan District People's Committee Hoang Khac Tiep has requested Thuong Hoa Kindergarten to determine the responsibilities of individuals involved in the violation, to recover and pay the amount of 43 million VND to the State budget for misuse. At the same time, reviewing and clarifying the responsibilities of collectives and individuals related to violations.
"We are currently assigning the Finance - Planning Department to guide the school to complete the procedures, recover and pay the amount of 43 million VND to the State budget. At the same time, the Department of Internal Affairs is assigned to guide the review and clarify the responsibilities of relevant groups and individuals" - Mr. Tiep said.
