Those who come to buy documents need to bring a copy of their citizen identification card, in case of buying a household, they must have a valid authorization letter.
The auction participant submits the bid directly and puts it in the ticket box prepared by the Property Auction Service Center - Hung Yen Department of Justice, sealed before opening. The time to submit the form is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on November 4, 2025 at the hall of the People's Committee of Tran Lam Ward. Only those who have paid the deposit are eligible to participate in the bidding vote.
The auction and price announcement are scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 7, 2025 at the hall of the People's Committee of Tran Lam Ward. Those who have voted must be present to hear the results and carry out procedures if they win the auction. In case of absence without a reason for force majeure, the deposit will not be refunded.
The auction winner must bring complete personal documents to complete the documents, including a copy of the citizen identification card of both husband and wife (if any), valid.
Also on November 7, 2025, at the hall of the People's Committee of Tran Lam Ward, an auction of land use rights for 6 plots of land belonging to the planning of the sports field of Group 14 (old Group 24), Tran Lam Ward, Hung Yen Province will take place. The plots of land have an area of 56 - 67.6m2, with a starting price of 24.4 million VND/m2.
