Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction residential land use rights for 26 plots of land with a total area of 2,787.1m2 in 6 communes including: An Tien, Van Tin, Huong Son, Le Thanh, Phu Luu Te and Dai Nghia town, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 88 - 250m2, the starting price of the plots ranges from 3.5 - 8.5 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from 55 - 426.5 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on January 3 at the Hall of the People's Committee of My Xuyen commune (old My Thanh commune People's Committee).
Also on April 3, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 21 plots of land with a total area of 2,264.3m2 in My Xuyen commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 78 - 137.5m2; the starting price for each plot of land is 4,920,000 VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 77 - 135 million VND/plot.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction. The time for recording and voting is 10 minutes from the time the auctioneer announced the start of the recording and voting time.
When the time for recording and voting is over according to regulations or when all auction participants have voted to bid in the box, the auctioneer will open the box, count the box and announce the bid price of each valid bid. The opening of the ballot box, counting the ballots and announcing the payment price were witnessed by representatives of the auction participants and representatives of the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center.
The auction winner of each plot of land is the person with a valid bid and the highest valid bid equal to or higher than the starting price, announced by the auctioneer at the auction and recognized by the competent state agency.
In case two or more people pay the highest price at the same time, the auctioneer will organize a further auction between the people who pay the highest price to select the auction winner. If one of the people with the highest bid continues to bid, the auctioneer will issue a bid ticket to that person; The auctioneer will announce that person as the winner if that person has a higher bid. If all the highest bidders do not agree to continue the auction, the auctioneer will draw lots to choose the winner.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 18 to 5:00 p.m. on March 31. The auction will start at 8:30 a.m. on January 3 at the Hall of the People's Committee of My Xuyen commune (old My Thanh commune People's Committee).
