Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision approving the 2025 land use plan for Bac Tu Liem district.
According to the Decision, the land use plan for 2025 of Bac Tu Liem district includes a list of 92 projects with a total area of 968.74 hectares.
Of which, there are 32 projects to build roads in the district.
7 road construction projects are included in the list of works and projects updated and identified for the first time in the 2024 land use plan (not more than 2 consecutive years according to Clause 7, Article 76 of the Land Law):
- Construct a road connecting the new bridge to the planned road in Thuy Phuong ward.
- Constructing a road connecting Long Pond Road to Van Hoi Street in Duc Thang Ward.
- Constructing a road connecting Co Nhue 1 Primary School, Co Nhue 1 Secondary School and Tay Ho Tay urban area.
- Construction of road from Nam Thang Long industrial park to Ring Road 3.5.
- Constructing a road from Tay Thang Long Street to the road from the University of Mining and Geology to Pham Van Dong Street.
- Construct a connecting road from Nguyen Dinh Tu Street, through Co Nhue Street, to route 10 of Bac Co Nhue Chem urban area.
- Constructing a road from Kieu Mai through Kieu Mai kindergarten to Xuan Phuong bridge intersection to Minh Khai industrial park, Phuc Dien ward.
25 road construction projects included in the list of works and projects included in the district-level land use plan for 2 years or more (first updated and determined from 2023 onwards) shall continue to be implemented according to the provisions of Clause 7, Article 76 of the Land Law:
- Construction of Tay Thang Long road from Pham Van Dong street to Van Tien Dung street in Bac Tu Liem district.
- Project to build a route from planned road 70 to Phu Minh road (through Minh Khai Kindergarten), Bac Tu Liem district.
- Constructing a road connecting from lane 106 Hoang Quoc Viet to Nghia Do urban area (road surrounding Co Nhue 1 Secondary School).
- Constructing a road connecting Hoang Tang Bi Street to Nam Thang Long Industrial Park (Lien Mac 2 culvert).
- Construction of road to Nam Thang Long industrial park (through Animal Husbandry Institute to Nhue River, Thuy Phuong), Bac Tu Liem district.
- Construction of road from Nam Thang Long industrial park to Huu Hong dike, Lien Mac ward (section 2).
- Constructing a road from Thuy Phuong street to the entrance to Ecohome urban area (sewerage).
- Construct a road connecting Do Nhuan Street through Cao Dinh water plant to Xuan Dinh market, Bac Tu Liem district.
- Constructing a route from Ring Road 3.5 to the connecting road from Hoang Quoc Viet Street extended to Nam Thang Long Industrial Park.
- Construct a planned route around Tan Phong area to the extended Hoang Quoc Viet road.
- Constructing a road connecting Nguyen Dinh Tu Street to Co Nhue Street.
- Constructing a road adjacent to the 2.55 ha auction area in Phuc Dien ward.
- Construction of a road connecting Tay Thang Long axis to Pheo river.
- Constructing a road connecting Tay Thang Long to the planned road along Pheo River.
- Construct a connecting road from Hoang Tang Bi Street - Vien Street towards Mo Geology Road to Pham Van Dong.
- Thuong Cat cemetery road project connecting Nam Thang Long industrial park road to Ring Road 4.
- Constructing a road connecting from West Lake Road No. 3 to Tran Cung Street.
- Constructing a road from the Inter-agency area of Bac Tu Liem district to Tay Thang Long street.
- Construct a new road from Dong Ngac A Primary School to Thuy Phuong Street.
- Constructing roads according to planning in Ecohome urban area.
- Construction of Ao Dai road, Duc Thang ward (section from Hoang Tang Bi street to Xom 6 street).
- Project to build a road connecting from the 11-storey apartment building of the A Administration Department, Co Nhue 1 Ward to Pham Van Dong Street.
- Building a road to Phu Dien A Kindergarten.
- Constructing the western road of Goldmark City project connecting to Ho Tung Mau street, Phu Dien ward, Bac Tu Liem district.
- Construct the remaining district-level traffic routes according to the planning in Tay Tu urban functional area. Construct the road connecting Duc Dien street to Phu Dien ward public institution area.
