The project "Parallel railway line Hanoi - Lao Cai, Northern line, section from Khai Quang Industrial Park (Vinh Yen) to 36m road Binh Xuyen Industrial Park to Ba Thien Industrial Park" was approved by the old Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee for adjustment according to Decision No. 82/QD-UBND dated January 17, 2025.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board (the project investor) recently announced the search for contractors to construct 2 resettlement areas under this project with a total investment of nearly 679 billion VND. Accordingly, there are 2 bidding packages for construction of technical infrastructure for the resettlement area in Quat Luu commune (package price of nearly 11.1 billion VND) and Huong Canh town (price of more than 16.4 billion VND), former Binh Xuyen district (now Binh Nguyen commune).
Regarding the scale of construction investment, with the technical infrastructure of the resettlement area in the old Quat Luu commune - leveling the land plot with a total area of 2,404m2; designing 2 traffic routes with a total length of about 134.24m.
With the technical infrastructure of the resettlement area in the old Huong Canh town - leveling the land area with a total area of 5,963.55m2; designing 3 traffic routes with a total length of about 296.36m.
Both resettlement areas are also constructing items including: Rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system, lighting system, power supply.
The time for winning units to construct technical infrastructure for the 2 resettlement areas mentioned above is 180 days.
Previously, at the end of July 2026, the project "Transport infrastructure connecting the Capital Region in Vinh Phuc province (Belt Road 5 - Capital Region and the section of road along the foot of Tam Dao mountain, connecting Ring Road 5 with National Highway 2B to Tay Thien, going to National Highway 2C and Tuyen Quang)" also sought contractors to construct resettlement areas.
The above project has a total investment of 1,800 billion VND invested by the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board. The resettlement areas will be built at: Cap Lo field, Gia Khau village, Binh Tuyen commune (package price of more than 13.7 billion VND); Cu field area, Lang Ha village, Tam Dao commune (nearly 15.5 billion VND); Cong Lang field area, Cam Lam village, Tam Dao commune (nearly 10.6 billion VND); Doi Che area, Dai Quang residential group, Xuan Hoa ward (nearly 12.2 billion VND).
The deadline for winning units to construct the infrastructure of the 4 resettlement areas mentioned above is 180 days.
In early July 2026, the project "Resettlement Area for households in De Hen village, Binh Tuyen commune to serve site clearance of Son Loi industrial park in Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province" also began selecting construction contractors.
The above project has a total investment of nearly 76 billion VND invested by the Binh Tuyen Commune Project Management Board. In which, Package No. 03: Construction + Equipment of the project is priced at nearly 60.2 billion VND.
The winning unit of the above bidding package will construct a resettlement area with a total area of 3.1816ha for households in De Hen village, Binh Tuyen commune.
The maximum time for the winning bidder to construct the resettlement area infrastructure mentioned above is 420 days.
