Early handover of construction site for 2 expressway rest stops in Khanh Hoa

Khanh Hoa - The locality is completing compensation and land acquisition procedures to construct 2 rest stop projects on the expressway.

In August 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province is still coordinating with localities to complete compensation procedures and reclaim land to construct 2 rest stop projects on the expressway.

The goal is to hand over the entire site to the construction unit of the two rest stops by September 15.

According to the report of the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, the project to build a rest stop on the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway is located at Km90+900 (Do Vinh ward) with a total area of over 94,200m2. Up to now, nearly 80,000m2 has been handed over, with more than 14,200m2 of the 2 households not yet handed over.

Meanwhile, the rest stop project on the Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway at Km33+930 (Cam Hiep commune) has a total reclaimed area of over 62,100m2.

Local authorities have paid compensation to 26 cases.

Of the remaining 20 cases, 16 dossiers have been appraised to issue compensation plans; 3 cases are determining the level of job conversion support; 1 household residing abroad will carry out procedures to reclaim land without owners.
