According to the Ung Hoa District Electronic Information Portal, on November 10 and 11, 2024, at the Ung Hoa District Cultural, Information and Sports Center, the District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company to organize 4 auctions of land use rights at the Land Areas marked LK1 and LK2 in Van Dinh Town and Lien Bat Commune.
The auctioned assets are 61 plots of land with a total area of 9,644.18m2; the plots of land have an area of 99 - 120m2; the deposit for each plot of land ranges from 129,000,000 - 248,000,000 VND, starting price 6,000,000 - 7,500,000 VND/m2. The auctioned plots of land are in relatively beautiful locations, located in the center of the district.
The lowest winning bid price was 56 million VND/m2, the highest price was up to 82.5 million VND/m2.
At the auction, customers bid in a new form of direct voting in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 4 mandatory rounds. The common price step applied in all rounds is 5 million VND/m2.
After 2 days, 61 plots of land were successfully auctioned with a total proceeds of 438,294,650,000 VND.
Implementing the directive of the Hanoi People's Committee on auction organization, the auction format at these auctions in Ung Hoa district has been adjusted to ensure competitiveness and closeness to market prices.
Organizing land use rights auctions aims to effectively manage and exploit land funds, meeting the needs of people and businesses. At the same time, it helps increase budget revenue and create capital for Ung Hoa district.
Previously, on November 11, Hoai Duc district also organized an auction of 32 plots of land in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, which ended after 9 hours. The plots of land ranged in area from 97 - 172m2; the deposit for each plot ranged from 142 - 251 million VND. The starting price was 7.3 million VND/m2.
The lowest lot is priced at 79.3 million VND/m3. Some lots have prices exceeding 100 million VND/m2. Accordingly, lot LK06-08 with an area of 98.23m2 has a winning price of 103 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 10.1 billion VND/lot. Lot LK06-09 with an area of 148m2 has a winning price of 109.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 16.1 billion VND/lot.
