On the afternoon of March 29, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the unit had just reported on the results of the auction of land use rights at 26 public land lots in the area.
Previously, on March 28, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant authorities to coordinate with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center.
The task is to organize an auction of 26 public land lots in Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for urban construction of the expanded central area of Ward 1 and the residential area of Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 2 (Bao Loc City).
The starting price offered for the auction of the 26 plots of land is 40.695 billion VND.
The auction had more than 300 organizations and individuals submit bidding documents. As a result of the auction, all 26/26 plots of land were successfully auctioned by organizations and individuals. As a result, the total winning bid was VND54.315 billion (an increase of more than VND13.6 billion compared to the starting price).
From the above auction results, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is completing procedures for the People's Committee of Bao Loc City to issue a decision to recognize the auction results of the land use rights of the auction winners of 26 land lots according to regulations.
