On May 27, the high-rise complex housing project in Tam Hiep ward in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai city was started.
The project has a total investment of nearly 4,500 billion VND with a scale of nearly 3ha, oriented to develop into a modern high-rise housing area, integrating functions of apartments, commercial services, kindergartens, community activities, parking lots, green trees, yards and synchronous technical infrastructure system.
With a scale of 22 above-ground floors and 2 basements, the project is expected to provide 2,820 apartments, meeting the housing needs of young residents in the future.
In particular, with about 7,730m2 of ground greenery, the project contributes to creating more necessary green spaces in the increasingly dynamic urban life.
The high-rise complex housing project in Tam Hiep ward developed by Bcons Group, when completed, will contribute to supplementing the housing supply for Dong Nai city, contributing to beautifying the urban appearance, improving the quality of life of residents and the city.
The Dong Nai City Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030 sets a goal to develop housing in a synchronous direction, closely linked to the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
Dong Nai City sets a target to complete 700,672 apartments by 2030. For each type, the city plans to develop 480,259 commercial housing units; from 67,000 social housing units or more; more than 3,100 housing units for the armed forces; nearly 300 public housing units. In addition, it is forecast that people will build and renovate about 150,000 units, equivalent to 18 million m2 of floor space.
Along with that, the province continues to implement housing support policies for people with meritorious services, poor and near-poor households, and households affected by natural disasters and climate change; promote the renovation and reconstruction of old apartment buildings associated with urban embellishment.
Development will focus on dynamic areas such as: Long Thanh International Airport, Long Thanh airport urban area, Dong Nai riverside economic corridor, high-tech zones, free trade zones and regional central urban areas.
