On April 22, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Bien Hoa branch, in coordination with the Tran Bien Ward People's Committee, organized for households to draw lots for resettlement land under the Cai River riverside road project.
According to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center - Bien Hoa Branch, to date, 213/430 households have completed the lottery for resettlement land for the Cai Riverside Road project in Tran Bien ward, and 22 cases have been considered for social housing purchase. Currently, there are still 4 cases that have not been drawn and the remaining cases do not meet the conditions for compensation according to regulations.
eligible households will be arranged for resettlement in Tan Hanh resettlement area, Buu Hoa resettlement area (Bien Hoa ward) and Tam Hiep resettlement area (Tam Hiep ward).
The Cai River riverside road project has a total length of nearly 4.6 km, starting point intersecting Ha Huy Giap street, ending point connecting to Tran Quoc Toan street passing through Tam Hiep and Tran Bien wards, with a total investment of 574 billion VND.
The project is expected to be completed in February 2027.
