In July 2026, the Inspectorate of Khanh Hoa province will organize the announcement of the decision to inspect the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates at the People's Committees of communes and wards: Do Vinh, Ninh Chu, Nam Nha Trang, Dong Ninh Hoa, Van Thang and Dien Khanh.
The inspection is implemented according to the 2026 Inspection Plan to comprehensively assess the implementation of legal regulations in the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates in localities and relevant agencies and units.
Through inspection activities, functional agencies will promptly detect limitations and inadequacies in management mechanisms, policies and legal regulations to propose to competent authorities to study amendments, supplements or issue appropriate remedial solutions.
At the same time, the inspection also aims to prevent, stop and promptly handle violations in the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates; guide agencies, organizations, and individuals to properly implement the provisions of law.
The inspection contributes to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and promoting administrative procedure reform in the field of land.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quy - Deputy Chief Inspector of the province requested the inspection subjects to strictly exercise their rights and obligations in accordance with the law, ensure honesty and objectivity in providing information and documents; promptly reflect difficulties and obstacles arising to be guided and handled according to their authority.
