Thanh Xuan District People's Committee has just announced the change of the time for compulsory land recovery to implement the Go Dong Thai historical relic restoration project (Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district).
Accordingly, implementing Decision No. 1114/QD-UBND of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee on Approving the Plan for organizing the implementation of compulsory land recovery for cases of non-compliance with the handover of land to implement the Go Dong Thay historical relic restoration project, on May 7, 2025, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee issued Notice No. 185/TB-UBND on compulsory land recovery for the Go Dong Thay historical relic restoration project.
However, because the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board has changed and completed the members of the Land Acquisition Board, the time for compulsory land acquisition from 8:00 a.m. on May 21 to the end of May 22 (4th and 5th) is temporarily suspended until further notice.
Thanh Xuan District People's Committee informed departments, offices; related units and households and individuals subject to compulsory land recovery to implement the project of Restoration and embellishment of the historical relic Go Dong Thay, Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District.
Thanh Xuan District People's Committee assigned Thanh Xuan Trung Ward People's Committee to notify households and individuals to organize the enforcement of land recovery on May 21 and 22.
Previously, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee approved the plan to organize the compulsory recovery of 4,283m2 of land and constructions on land of 61 households that did not comply with the handover of the site to implement the Project "Restoration and embellishment of Go Dong Thai historical relic.
