The People's Committee of Thach Xa commune (Thach That district) has just coordinated with specialized departments and offices of Thach That district to organize enforcement and force the implementation of remedial measures for land violations in the area in front of Chang Son Kindergarten, village 1, Thach Xa commune.
The authorities have implemented the decision of the People's Committee of Thach That district against Mr. N.V.P (born in 1963, residing in hect Uyen 2 village, Tan Xa commune, Thach That district) - a person identified as having occupied non-agricultural land in rural areas.
Accordingly, Mr. N.V.P has occupied two plots of land: plot No. 1214, map sheet No. 5 (map of agricultural land clearance in 1983) and plot No. 16, map sheet No. 1 - a wood land plot managed by the People's Committee of Thach Xa commune according to the list and cadastral map in 2001.
After many times of propaganda and mobilization, Mr. N.V.P did not voluntarily comply with the request to remedy the consequences, forcing the local government to organize enforcement in accordance with the law.
The functional forces have moved the violating household furniture and assets from the coercive area, handed over to the head of the household, and at the same time enforcing and demolishing violations, restoring the original situation of the land before violating as prescribed.
After a period of serious and focused implementation, the enforcement session was carried out publicly, transparently, and in compliance with the provisions of law.
Thereby, helping people understand, seriously live and work according to the Constitution and laws, while limiting land violations, contributing to the Party Committee and government of Thach Xa commune, successfully implementing socio-economic development goals, ensuring political security, social order and safety in the locality.
