On July 25, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province assigned the People's Committees of relevant communes and wards such as Hoa Hoi, Canh Vinh, An Nhon Nam to review and report on the progress of site clearance at major projects such as Hoa Hoi Industrial Park (IP), Becamex A Urban IP and Nhon Hoa IP to have timely handling directions.
The province requires accelerating the project progress, departments, branches and localities need to innovate thinking, methods and closely coordinate to completely handle problems.
For the project converting to urban residential land at Nhon Hoi Trade - Service - Tourism Center, the additional compensation plan (phase 1 and phase 2, total area of 3.19 hectares) must be completed before July 20, 2025. After being approved, the investor is required to transfer the funds to pay immediately.
At the Nhon Hoi Eco-tourism Urban Area project, the local government needs to complete the relocation of 108 graves in July 2025. If it is not completed, a forced relocation will be held in August.
At the same time, continue to carry out investment calling procedures in accordance with regulations. For the Vinh Hoi Residential and Resettlement Area, the contractor is required to speed up the construction progress, completing in 2025.
For the Phu Hau - Cat Tien Entertainment Area project, the investor needs to contribute funds for site clearance to pay compensation in time. Cases with complaints will be forwarded to the inspection agency for consideration.
In recent times, the Economic Zone Management Board and local authorities have made efforts in compensation and site clearance, achieving many important targets.
However, there are still delays and lack of determination in handling problems and proposing timely solutions.
