Specifically, the project information is as follows: The project name is a low-rise housing area in planning blocks A.1, A.2, B.1 of the Duong Kinh - Kien Thuy New Urban Area Project, implemented by the investor, Hoang Long Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited in Duong Kinh ward and Kien Minh commune, Hai Phong city. 267 low-rise commercial townhouses, located in subdivisions A.1, A.2, B.1, are qualified and allowed to be put into business.
According to the Department of Construction of Hai Phong City, the above houses fully meet the conditions according to Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023; have been approved for synchronous technical infrastructure (communication, water supply - drainage, lighting, fire protection); have a legal Land Use Rights Certificate; Have a Financial Guarantee Contract with Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank); The investor commits to mortgage all houses before signing a sales contract with customers according to Article 183 of the 2023 Housing Law.
The Department of Construction requires Hoang Long Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited to fully publicize the project's legal information on the housing and real estate market database system; Only sign a sales contract after the property has been mortgaged, ensuring compliance with legal regulations; Carry out financial guarantee for customers; periodically report the progress and transaction situation to the Department of Construction; Continue to implement construction in accordance with approved planning and design.
