The Department of Construction of Hai Phong City has just issued Notice No. 255/TB-SXD on the public disclosure of the Decision approving the investment policy of the Social Housing Project in Nam Son Ward, An Duong District (now An Duong Ward, Hai Phong City), requesting investors to pay attention and register as project investors according to the law.
Accordingly, the project name is Social Housing Area in Nam Son Ward, An Duong District (now An Duong Ward, Hai Phong City).
The project implementation location is within the administrative boundaries of Nam Son ward, An Duong district (now An Duong ward, Hai Phong city). The land area for the project is about 1.8 hectares.
The project investment scale includes: Social housing (apartment for sale, lease, lease-purchase) according to the completed construction plan, including basic floors: Total land area of about 5,215 m2; maximum height of 20 floors, including 1 basement (area of about 9,553 m2). On average, the apartments have an area of 25-70 m2. The first and second floors are for the construction of commercial and auxiliary service areas. In addition, there are also shared living spaces, parking lots and other functional areas to serve the living needs of the apartment building.
Green areas, technical infrastructure works, transportation: Technical systems include: Electricity, lightning protection, lighting, noise protection, communication, garbage collection, water supply, drainage, fire prevention and fighting, ventilation and air conditioning.
Constructing yards, trees, and landscapes within the project boundary, ensuring complete synchronization to meet the needs of the project and in accordance with the approved detailed planning.
The total preliminary investment of the project is 1,464,860,000,000 VND. Of these, the cost of compensation and support for site clearance is about more than 2.2 billion VND. The investor's capital is selected to implement the project through bidding, not using public investment capital to invest in the project.
The progress of implementing the main operational goals of the Project: Deploying investment in construction of construction items and putting the Project into operation within 5 years from the date of the land allocation decision.
The project's operational goals: Invest in the construction of new social housing areas with synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure systems; including: Social housing in the form of apartments; commercial service works (20%); kindergartens; green areas, flower gardens, playgrounds and technical infrastructure works, traffic, parking lots.
Investing in the construction of the project to realize the goal of developing social housing in the city; meeting the housing needs of beneficiaries of social housing support policies according to regulations and people in the area; improving the quality and living environment; exploiting and using land funds appropriately; promoting the development of urban infrastructure and social infrastructure in Nam Son ward and contributing to ensuring social security, creating momentum for socio-economic development in An Duong district (now An Duong ward, Hai Phong city).
