Components and quantity of documents
a) Composition of the dossier:
+ Application for land division and consolidation according to Form No. 21 issued with Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP.
+ drawings for land division and consolidation are made according to Form No. 22 issued with Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP.
+ Certificate issued.
+ Documents of competent authorities showing the content of land division and consolidation (if any).
b) Number of documents: 01 set.
Scope of settlement
- No more than 12 working days.
- For mountainous communes, islands, remote areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, the implementation period shall not exceed 22 working days.
Subjects performing administrative procedures:
- Domestic organizations, religious organizations, affiliated religious organizations, people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad, economic organizations with foreign investment capital.
- Individuals and communities.
Requirements and conditions for implementing administrative procedures: Ensure the principles and conditions for land division and consolidation according to the provisions of Article 220 of the Land Law; conditions for land division and conditions for land consolidation according to each type of land and minimum area for each type of land according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee.
