The Ring Road 2 project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section, has a total length of about 11km through 3 districts: Hai An, Duong Kinh and Kien An with a total investment of more than 7,439 billion VND.
The project is divided into 2 sections with a scale of 8 lanes and 2 bridges across the river and an overpass at the intersection, including the following items: Tan Vu - Hai Thanh bridge section and Tran Hung Dao - Bui Vien street section with a width of 37m, 8 lanes. The section from Provincial Road 353 - Hung Dao is 68m wide, 8 lanes. Hai Thanh bridge crosses Lach Tray river with a length of about 1,257m, a bridge width of 32m, including 8 lanes. The overpass at the intersection of Bui Vien street has a length of about 327.45m, a bridge width of 25m, including 6 lanes.
In Kien An district, the following items will be implemented: Bui Vien overpass intersection and 750m of road with a 37m wide base and 8-lane road surface. The total area to be recovered for the project in the district is 17.79ha of 270 households with agricultural land, 3 organizations and 20 households with residential land.
Regarding agricultural land, the district authorities have conducted an inventory, developed a compensation plan and asked for opinions from 267 households, while 3 households are still facing difficulties. Regarding residential land, the authorities are coordinating to collect documents as a basis for implementing steps in the compensation and support process.
Site clearance work has not yet met the required progress due to many difficulties in establishing land origin records, determining agricultural land users, and land use evolution of households with residential land.
Mr. Pham Van Dien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee requested the units to focus on performing their tasks, reviewing related work, documents and records. The units closely coordinate with the locality to remove obstacles and difficulties in site clearance, have flexible ways of working, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring quality and time according to the direction of the District People's Committee.
