At the conference, Dong Hai Ward People's Committee informed about the investment policy, objectives, project scale and land recovery plan to implement the project. Accordingly, the project involves 104 households with a total recovered area of about 196,668.4 m2, including 64 households with residential land, 34 households with agricultural land and 6 households using land managed by the Ward People's Committee.
The majority of households agreed and supported the policy of land recovery to implement the Project; assessing this as a project of practical significance for the development of education in the locality. The conference also recorded many opinions related to compensation, site clearance and resettlement arrangement. The opinions focused on compensation plans for houses that are partially or completely recovered; cases where the remaining area is not sufficient for living; compensation policies when recovery affects the structure of works; compensation levels for agricultural land; as well as resettlement arrangements when all residential land is recovered...
Representatives of the leaders of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward directly answered and clarified the contents that people are interested in. Compensation, support and resettlement are implemented according to state regulations and land price lists issued by the city; resettlement areas are synchronously invested in technical infrastructure, ensuring living conditions for people.
Standing Vice Chairman of Dong Hai Ward People's Committee Dinh Minh Tam emphasized that this is a key project, of great significance to the socio-economic development of the locality, especially in meeting the needs of teaching and learning in the area. The Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee requested households and individuals whose land is recovered to agree and support the state's policy; proactively provide complete dossiers and documents related to the origin, process of land use and assets attached to land; closely coordinate with the Compensation Council in the field inventory work.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department presides over and coordinates with the Project Management Board and related units to review dossiers, verify the origin of land use; advise the Ward People's Committee to complete land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement plans in accordance with regulations; strictly manage the recovered land area, not allowing violations to arise. The Ward Police ensure security and order during the implementation process; socio-political organizations strengthen propaganda and mobilization, creating consensus among the people.
