The Duong Kinh ward land recovery enforcement board has organized land recovery enforcement for 2 households and individuals to implement the project to invest in building a flower garden in Residential Group No. 3, Hoa Nghia ward, old Duong Kinh district, now belonging to Duong Kinh ward, Hai Phong.
Two households and individuals subject to land recovery coercion include: Ms. Tran Thi Ch's household (deceased), represented by Mr. Nguyen Van M, with a recovered area of 559.5 m2 and Mr. Nguyen Van Q's household with a recovered area of 361.2 m2. Before organizing coercion, local authorities and functional agencies have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, and publicly announced according to regulations, creating conditions for households to voluntarily comply with the handover of land. However, at the time of implementation, households had not yet complied with the land recovery decision, forcing the Coercion Board to carry out coercion in accordance with the order and procedures of law.
The coercion process was seriously implemented, ensuring compliance with regulations, absolute safety of people and property, with close coordination of functional forces, departments, branches, unions and residential groups.
The organization of coercion is to ensure the strictness of the law, and at the same time maintain discipline in land management, creating conditions for the project to invest in building a flower garden in Residential Group No. 3 to be implemented on schedule. When completed, the project will contribute to urban embellishment, environmental landscape improvement, creating community living space, improving the quality of people's lives, meeting the requirements of civilized and modern urban development in Duong Kinh ward.
