People can submit dossiers and receive results of administrative procedure settlement in the following forms:

Step 5: Monitor the file processing status in the file management section on the National Public Service Portal or according to the notice of the receiving agency. In case the file needs to be supplemented or completed, people follow the instructions on the system.
Step 6: Receive the settlement results in the form notified by the competent authority or in the form chosen when registering to carry out procedures, if any.
