Voters propose controlling income assets using interconnected tax, banking, and land data.

The Government Inspectorate has just publicly reported on the results of resolving and responding to voters' petitions sent after the First Session, 16th National Assembly.

In which, voters have proposed to control income assets using interconnected data from taxes, banks, and land. Answering this issue, the Government Inspectorate said:

The Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 390/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2022 approving the Project on building a National Database on asset and income control.

On that basis, the Government Inspectorate established the Project Management Board for Digital Transformation and Construction Investment, which includes a component of the national database on income asset control.

Currently, the Government Inspectorate is coordinating with ministries, branches, and relevant agencies to complete the connection and data sharing between the National Database on Asset and Income Control and specialized databases, such as land, finance... according to the provisions of Decree No. 278/2025/ND-CP of the Government on mandatory data connection and sharing between agencies of the political system.

The Government Inspectorate will record voters' opinions and will deploy the work of controlling assets and income by interconnecting databases as soon as the connection and sharing between the national database on asset and income control and other national databases is completed" - the Government Inspectorate said.

Also in this report, the Government Inspectorate said that it is synchronously implementing a project to build a digital platform and database of the Inspectorate sector, including 6 components:

(1) National database on asset and income control;

(2) National database on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution;

(3) National database on corruption prevention and control, wastefulness, and negativity;

(4) National database on accountability;

(5) Digital platform for inspection work;

(6) Document management and operational operations system.

After completion, these databases will ensure connection and sharing with the National Population Database, the National General Database, the Reporting Information System of Party and State agencies, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and other relevant national and specialized databases according to regulations.

Thereby ensuring the publicity, transparency, and intercommunication of information, meeting the requirements of power control and preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, and negativity.
