The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on reporting and clarifying press information reflecting on land issues in Bong Lai ward and Nhan Hoa ward.
Accordingly, implement the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the document dated November 25, 2025; of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in document No. November 26, 2025 on reporting and clarifying information reported by the press on land issues in Bong Lai ward and Nhan Hoa ward.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the People's Committee of Bong Lai ward and the People's Committee of Nhan Hoa ward to inspect and verify the above-mentioned content and information; take measures to resolve and handle according to regulations; report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Agriculture and Environment).
Previously, the press reported that many households in Vu Duong neighborhood reported that the People's Committee of Bong Lai commune (old Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province) now Bong Lai ward (Bac Ninh province) had lost their Land Use Rights Certificate (red book) issued since 2000.
The incident lasted for 25 years, making it impossible for them to borrow capital, repair their houses or exercise legal rights related to their land.
In addition, the press also reported that people in Nhan Hoa ward, Bac Ninh province reported that their land had been bought by the people and had been granted a red book for decades, but now the book has been revoked.
